FAQs

Technical Stuff

What size are Sokkie condoms?
Sokkie’s measure 53mm in diameter and our Ultra Thins are only 65 microns to ensure maximum safety and maximum pleasure.

What are Sokkie condoms made from?
All Sokkies are made using 3 ingredients - natural latex, silicone oil and cornstarch. Latex comes from naturally sourced rubber plants, so if you have latex allergy, we’re not gonna be your friend here. We suggest looking into non-latex condoms.

What type of lubricant is on the condoms?
Sokkie uses silicone oil as the lubricant on our condoms. Our condoms are non-medicated. No spermicides, no numbing agents, no parabens. We wanna keep your meat and 2 veg as natural as possible.

Why silicone-based lubricants?
Unlike other variants of lubes, silicone-based lubricants do not interfere with the latex integrity, making sure you don’t get a puncture. They are hypoallergenic and also act as a stimulant for yours/his/hers/their bits! Win-win-win situation!

Can I use more lubricant with Sokkie?
Yes, yes, yes! However, please only use a water or silicone based lube. You'll want to avoid any oil-based lubes as they can increase the chances of tearing or puncturing the condom.

What is the cornstarch used for?
Cornstarch acts as a dusting powder. It helps keep the latex from sticking to itself and makes it easier to unroll.

Are the condoms vegan?
Yes they are. Sokkie condoms are made only with 3 ingredients (natural latex, silicone oil and cornstarch). Your usual supermarket condoms tend to contain casein, a milk protein, which is added to soften the latex. The formulation we use lets us get away from using casein, without affecting the integrity of the latex.
